The exterior of our concrete panels are finished with an acrylic texture paint system in a colour and level of texture chosen by the client. This low maintenance finish provides long term protection and looks great too. All the other elements such as roof, windows, eaves and gables can be customised to achieve your desired look.
The inside of our homes look no different to the interior of a traditionally built home. All internal walls, including the perimeter walls, are timber framed to allow for running of services such as plumbing, electrical and data as well as providing space for extra bulk insulation.
This is where our expertise in high quality finishes shines and we can facilitate standard plasterboard finishes right through to custom internal wall linings, joinery and tiling. Our structural precast external walls allow for increased flexibly with internal layout.
At this point in time we do not have any standard designs as you may find with a project home builder. We can, however, adapt most plans you may have had designed to suit brick veneer or we can put you in contact with our preferred building designer who has years of experience creating beautiful precast designs.
All budgets and levels of finish can usually be catered for as we focus on providing a fully customised building service with the licensed builder heavily involved in every step of the project to maintain the superior quality we pride ourselves on.
We do plan to add some standard designs to our business in the future but at this stage we are busy enough focusing on delivering quality custom homes to our clients.
As every house, building site and set of client requirements is different there is no standard answer to this question. The cost of a precast concrete home is generally comparative to a custom built brick veneer house with the added benefits of thermal performance, faster build times and durability.
To find out more send us a brief email describing your location, requirements and any further questions you may have or simply give us a call.
We can provide an assessment on the suitability of one our homes after an initial discussion and site inspection with no obligation or cost involved.
As the method relies on the transportation and lifting of precast concrete panels there are some limitations regarding height and width access for trucks and cranes. The system also relies on concrete slab on ground construction as part of the unique structural design so this can also introduce some limitations on certain sites. Two storey construction is possible in certain situations.
